Traveling is fun and stressful at the same time. It is always good to travel for fun and be able to see things that you have never seen before. There are many benefits of travel. People tend to stress when they travel more than have fun. When you travel, you need to be able to know where you are and where you are going. When you travel, you can discover many new places, have a nice relaxing time, and learn a lot of an area. This is all the Discovery is talking about. Traveling is fun!

I agree you know traveling make us tired and give us stress but you know you can replenish your energy faster when you reach in the place where you are going, and you know traveling is the most out standing trip that really ''in" in the vacation like now the month of april and may is very hot that's why in those month the record of traveler are always full

Traveling is really good thing in which you learn lots about the nature and people who are traveling with you. It is really nice and good way to learn your life. I am big fan of traveling it is really nice thing. There are lots of other benefits of the traveling.

I agree with all of the above! I know a lot of people think traveling is a luxury or an expense, but I view it as an investment. There's so many things to see and learn of this world! Traveling also opens your eyes to other cultures, ways and traditions. Seeing the world is the best way of learning there is!

That's why I prefer traveling to places wherein you can feel the presence of our nature a place like the beach or an Island. A action like that would be so relaxing in a certain way.

I think travel gives you an opportunity to relax and de-stress. It decreases burnout. Even if it's a business trip that forces you to put in longer hours at a conference, focus on the fact that you're in another country or city. Traveling can be stressful, especially if your trip consists of a lot of sightseeing, your meetings involve a variety of languages or your destination is a bustling metropolis. But travel stress is positive stress, not the kind of anxiety caused by work or tension related to home life. Stress reduction, however you accomplish it, is always healthy.
