I agree -- honeymoons are a post-marriage celebration/vacation-for-two and they don't expire. I can understand not having a bridal shower the second time around, or not wearing white, but I see no reason not to take a honeymoon.

Why not? Honeymoon is spending more time to each other and expressing our gratitude to each other that at last, you´ve become one.

I think that you can have as many honeymooms as you want. It is a way to spend time with your loved one and renew that spark especially if you have lost it. When you are married, have children and work there are times that you and your spouse disconnect from one another. A honeymoon will help reconnect the two of you.

I thought a honeymoon was a way for a couple to get away from the stresses of planning a wedding. I didn't think it mattered what # marriage it is.

I think you're fine going on a honeymoon. It is an extension of the wedding and a chance to have a vacation too.

I got married for my 2nd time last July. I didn't wear white. But I did have a bridal shower put on by my maid of honor and we did go on a honeymoon afterwards. I see nothing wrong with it.

I don't see why you shouldn't go on a honeymoon if you want to have one! There are some traditions (like wearing white) that some people may feel should be only for the first wedding, but I've never heard of honeymoons as being one.
Really I think that a wedding (any wedding, first, second, third, whatever) should be whatever the people getting married want it to be. So what if you've been married before, it doesn't make your love any less special. And everyone deserves a honeymoon to celebrate their love! That's just my 2 cents
